About Katatonia13: Here's some cool facts about me: I translate Japanese manga and anime. As well as translate French and Italian comics. I also write and draw comics professionally. My first ever work was for DC doing a 2 parter Batman series in his main book, before the New 52. That's when I was 16 years old and still in high school. I won a contest for DC at the time and they allowed me to do my own series which was a big hit and got me into the world of comics. Where I've done many works and had fun in almost every major comic company. I was also 16 when I started translating.
I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu when I was 21 with the highest honors in that college. In there I had gotten my Masters for Greek and Roman Mythology and have in fact teached high school classes a few times. Out of culinary college I was given the golden chance of a lifetime to work for a few 5-star resturants. Through that I met a ton of famous people and some who were cool and some who weren't so cool.
Growing up I was in 3 rockbands, where I was a guitarist in one, a bassiest in another, and finally a rapper in conjunction with the singer. I also rapped and did my own concerts with my underground buddies for a super long time as well as produced a ton of stuff for my friends. I used to fight professionally when I was 18-24, and I never lost a fight in my entire life. I could take anyone out and I fear no one, at my old job people knew who I was and showed me respect because I command respect naturally, I'm not a pushover by any means necessary.
These days, I take it easy, and I'm looking to open up my own manga/anime/comics publishing company sometime soon with a few good friends I'm working with currently. I feel with all I've done, it's time to have my own thing going. I'm only 32, but I feel like I lived a full life 4 times over.
